Credit Solutions Co-ordinator

About the role…

As the Credit Solutions Co-ordinator you will be responsible to reduce the daily outstanding balances on Domestic subscriber accounts by promoting Sky Services to Customers to encourage payment

The key areas of focus will include:
•    Telephone contact of subscribers with aged account balances
•    Payment negotiation and payment scheduling
•    Account monitoring and follow up
•    Letter/ Event co-ordination 
•    Account evaluation and customer education
•    Dispute resolution
•    Investigation 
•    Soft disconnect admin/reinstatement
•    Report management
•    Subscriber service management
•    Other adhoc duties as required

What Skills and Experience you’ll need…
•    Proven Credit control experience
•    Experience in some combination of customer care and call centres 
•    Proven communication skills
•    Time management & focus (large and increasing volumes of accounts which must be completed on time, every day)
•    Consistency to perform under pressure
•    Proven ability to analyse billing and to communicate ledger entries to customers.
•    Strong customer relationship skills – understanding customer motivations and reluctances to account payment
•    Enthusiasm to the role
•    Ongoing self development in essential personal skills
•    Team Player 
•    Experience with subscriber management systems
