Customer Care Agents - Outbound Sales

What you'll be doing

We’re looking for outstanding Sales Agents, passionate about our content, customer experience and the art of the sale. You will drive customer value by understanding each customer’s needs and getting them connected to the right products for them.

You’ll be part of a wider team working with our existing and new customers, to help them get the most out of Sky through our outbound sales campaigns. You’ll be a natural at having a yarn with our customers, understanding the content they love and making sure they’ve got the packages and ways to watch that work for them.

The nitty gritty:

We’re recruiting an intake of 7 Sales Agents with two start dates, 4th and 26th of October 2021 with 3-6 weeks of full-time paid training to get you up to speed. Training hours will be Monday- Friday 8am-4pm and we ask that you have no leave for the first 6 weeks. Once you’ve completed training, our Sales team operates from 10am to 8pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays 10am to 6pm so your working hours will fit within these days and times of operation.


A bit about you

You will be a "people person" who loves having a genuine conversation, can understand each customer’s unique needs and enjoys the art of the sale so they get the most out of our variety of Sky products. You’ll be:

  • a natural communicator

  • experienced in sales, customer service and/or contact centre

  • a confident learner, with multiple technology systems and products to understand in depth

  • results driven with a positive attitude and a real team player
