WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 
An enthusiastic person to help us deliver a consistent and effective brand experience from discovery to consumption and product departure. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating satisfying and compelling experiences for users across our products, services and interactions. 
 
 KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  •  Bringing industry insight to consumer design and visual design thinking to key Sky product portfolio discussions 
  •  Driving key innovations from a broader consumer expectation perspective 
  •  Challenging product development to meet changing customer experience needs and expectations in the market 
  •  Taking an active role in championing the linear customer experience 
  •  Driving optimal experiences in several different areas and brings the right people together to find the solution 
  •  Using data and research, quantitative insight and data best practice to challenge internal assumptions and advocate for the voice of the customer  
  •  Developing user flows and scenarios, story boards, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes 
  •  Ensuring design briefs are clear and fit for purpose 
  •  Working closely with design leads and product deliver teams to ensure CX requirements and guidance is reflected across product development planning 
  • Championing best practices with digital stakeholders  
  • Continuous implementation of consistent customer experiences across Sky products, services and touch-points 
  • Cleverly designed and built experiences that are brand and data/insights aligned and resonate with the values and culture of Sky  
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar or transferable role 
  • Proven strong management skills with the ability to prioritize to meet tight deadlines, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Excellence in collaboration and communicating with the ability to create energy and shared purpose 
  • A proactive approach to problem solving 
  • Proficiency in relevant tools for creation and delivery of CX deliverables
