The harsh mountains of Madagascar are home to one of the rarest creatures in the world – the Silky Sifaka lemur, of which there may only be a hundred left. These pure white primates are one of the curiosities of nature – looking more like a large fluffy toy. But they could soon be driven to extinction as their rainforest home is destroyed in the illegal logging trade. David Attenborough’s Natural World: Lemur Blues tells the story of a quest so save them, and explores the lives, characters and behaviour of these beautiful but reclusive animals
