Fast N' Loud
Fast N' Loud
Buckle up, motor fans! Hot rod hunter Richard Rawlings and his Gas Monkey crew are back for another wild ride, and they’re revving up more engines than ever in Fast N’ Loud with bigger builds and higher horsepower. Motor mastermind Richard travels the backroads, searching barns, garages and open fields for that one rare ride to restore. Once the deal is sealed, it’s back to Gas Monkey Garage where he and the team work to turn the cars into gold. As the new season starts, Richard and the crew commit to their biggest, baddest, and most expensive build ever. So it’s lucky that a familiar face is joining the Gas Monkey team this season. Russell J. Holmes from Garage Rehab is the company’s newest ‘fixer’ and will oversee keeping the builds on time and on budget.
Looking to raise the bar at the shop, Richard decides that the Monkeys are going to create a mind-blowing, ass-kicking super-build to debut at SEMA, the biggest automotive trade show in the world. Richard gets the opportunity to by a ’79 International Scout II, and with a budget of $75,000, the Monkeys have just three weeks to turn the rickety rock hopper into a road-burning speed-demon. But, it’s not smooth sailing, as the Monkeys misunderstand Richard’s instructions and start on the wrong path. They race to fulfil Richard’s quest to fetch the world record for the most expensive ever sold, hoping for a pay day of over $150,000. Will the Monkeys be able to fit a horsepower Hellcrate motor in the ’79 Scout to bring it forty years into the future?
