COPA AMERICA CENTARIO 2016 FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT ON SKY SPORT

SKY will have more fantastic football coverage in June, with confirmation the Copa América Centenario 2016 will screen LIVE on SKY Sport, giving New Zealand fans the chance to experience the electric atmosphere synonymous with the region’s football culture.

Sixteen nations, including Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay and Columbia, will meet in the US for the 100th year of the oldest international continental competition, scheduled to take place from Saturday 4 June to Monday 27 June.

Stars like Lionel Messi, James Rodriguez, Edinson Cavani and Chicharito will turn out for their national sides in 10 different US cities. Each stadium has a capacity to hold more than 50,000 fans, ensuring the first Copa America tournament to be hosted outside South America will be filled with the drums and singing of some of the world’s most passionate fans.
