Sky Announces Nzd $157 Million Equity Raising

Sky has announced its intention to raise approximately NZ$157 million via a NZ$9 million underwritten placement to institutional investors, together with an approximately NZ$148 million 2.83 for 1 underwritten pro-rata non-renounceable accelerated entitlement offer.
