SKY TV RECOGNISED AS ONE OF NEW ZEALAND’S TOP CONTACT CENTRES

SKY TV has been recognised as one of New Zealand’s top contact centres after taking out first place in four categories at the annual CRM Contact Centre Awards. 

For the third year in a row, SKY TV won first place for Customer Support Services in the Industry Sector Awards. SKY was also crowned the best in New Zealand for Online Web/Email Customer Service, the best in New Zealand for Customer Retention and SKY’s online streaming service NEON won the First Place Diamond Award for Live Chat in NZ.

Now in their 20th year, the CRM Contact Centre Awards were introduced to New Zealand to measure the quality of service delivered by contact centres and recognise the efforts of contact centre staff across New Zealand. As part of the judging process, call centres are contacted anonymously multiple times and marked on their performance.

SKY TV’s Head of Customer Services, Amanda Bremer, said that the wins are testament to the hard work and passion of SKY’s 300 strong Customer Services crew, who are based at SKY’s HQ in Auckland. “Our crew are always striving to provide our customers with an effortless customer service experience. That comes in a lot of forms – be it speed, effective communication and problem solving or support. To be recognised for our efforts once again is a great honour. I couldn’t be prouder,” says Amanda.
