Specialist- UX Designer

The Knowledge Base is a vital tool for information and content discovery within our organisation. Your skills will be key to delivering information that is accurate, current and easy to understand. You’ll be working with various teams across the business and maintaining multiple databases which house information for internal and external users across all Sky products and services. From creating, designing and loading content, you’ll be working to provide an optimised knowledge base for all users. You’ll need to know how to manage your time effectively and enjoy working within a well-structured team environment. Attention to detail and a lot of creativity with an ambition to learn and grow will see you take off. From time to time you may be required to assist Customers Care. 
The key areas of focus will include:

  • Manage, monitor and report on content performance
  • Co-ordinate production and publishing of new content
  • Review and proofreads content for accuracy and plans the frequency with which it will need updating
  • Work with Managers, Team Leads, Trainers within Customer Care and developers, users and other interested parties across the business to identify their information needs to create content
  • Plan, research and create clear, accurate content such as instructions, standard operating procedures, forms and policies
  • Create content in various forms such as video, web, audio, hard copy and interactive Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Annalise work tasks, and manage documentation projects

What Skills and Experience you’ll need…

  • Passion for Content writing and UX and CX,
  • Ability to create website, web forms, guided assistance
  • HTML and CSS knowledge
  • Can work through set processes
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 Products, Salesforce
