It’s been a year to remember for Kiwi Supercars ace Scott McLaughlin.

The Shell V-Power Racing team has been dominant in the Ford Mustang and McLaughlin takes a huge lead over New Zealand rival Shane van Gisbergen into the final two races of the Virgin Australia Supercars Championship at the Penrite Oil Sandown 500 and on the streets of the Coates Hire Newcastle 500.

A shocking crash at the Vodafone Gold Coast 600 has resulted in McLaughlin taking control of a new Mustang and he’ll be looked to dominate the final two races of the year. The highlight for McLaughlin was winning the iconic Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000 – an event that is one of the world’s great motorsport challenges.
