Transformation & Risk Lead

About the role…
As a Transformation and Risk Lead you will be at the heart of Sky’s strategy delivery - supporting and driving the transformation lifecycle, embedding risk awareness, and supporting strategy communications across the business.   You’ll be facilitating the operational cadence of Sky’s Transformation and Risk frameworks, driving visibility and supporting delivery of Executive Committee and Board presentations for both transformation initiatives and other areas of interest as required.
 

Your primary focus will be…
•    Leading the preparation of consolidated transformation reports presenting portfolio health, investment health (i.e. against budget) and resource/organisational health (e.g. capacity to deliver on planned initiatives)
•    Providing a centralised view of all incoming and ongoing initiatives and projects in alignment with business priorities and strategic direction 
•    Ensuring information is presented to Sky Leaders and key stakeholders in a meaningful way, telling the story and enabling constructive decision-making, taking into account requirements, constraints, dependencies and risks/issues
•    Supporting the escalation and resolution of portfolio risks/issues, ensuring wherever possible measures are in place that support challenges being identified in advance 
•    Supporting and guiding the development of Sky initiative business cases and benefits realisation plans, working in concert with our Commercial Finance team – supporting continuous improvement of the framework and tools
 

What skills and experience you’ll need…
•    At least 6 years of experience in a commercial or delivery role, covering business requirements, project management or consultancy
•    University degree (Project Management, Business, Finance, IT or related field) 
•    Experience of working within, or for, fast growing, high demand businesses
•    Experience in driving business change
•    Demonstrated Executive and Board level information presentation ability and experience
•    Experience of managing senior stakeholders/partnering with the business
•    Experience in oral and written presentation to senior stakeholders
•    Very strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
