Acceptance: By using the App or our website you agree to be bound by these terms. We may change these terms from time to time so you should check them regularly to make sure you understand the latest version.
Changes: We may change or withdraw the App, website or any of the Content, at any time in our discretion.
No interference: You agree not to do anything that may cause undue inconvenience, disruption or interference to us, or that may affect the security or operation of the App or our website or any network or system underlying or connected to them (including without limitation, by using a robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access any information on the App or our website).
Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your use of the App or access to our website in the event you breach any of these terms.
Copyright and other rights: All of the material on the App and our website, including the Content, text, images, videos, programme listing information, graphics, trade marks, layout, look-and-feel and any other information contained on our App and website (Material) is subject to copyright and other proprietary rights belonging to Sky or our licensors. Except for the limited licence in clause 9 below, we do not grant you any licence or right to access, copy or otherwise use the Material. You agree not to, in any way, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, store (including in electronic form) or modify the Material in whole or in part, without our express written permission.
Content: Where Sky makes available any Content for streaming or downloading via the App or our website:
we decide what Content we make available for viewing and for how long;
content may be provided without charge or for a fee at our discretion;
where content classifications are displayed in relation to the Content, you must review all classification information we provide in relation to the Content and supervise the viewers of that Content. This includes making sure that children and young people only view age-appropriate Content; and
we don’t guarantee that the Content will always be available, or error free, or that requests to view Content will always be successful.
Limited Content License: Provided that you comply with these terms and other applicable laws, we grant you a limited licence to view Content made available on the App or website (in the manner that we provide, and subject to any viewing or other restrictions that we impose) in New Zealand only, for your own personal non-commercial purposes. We do not grant you any other licence. You must not, and you must not attempt or assist, authorise, enable or permit anyone else, to:
access or view any Content without authorisation;
copy, adapt, play or show in public, or communicate to the public, the Content;
otherwise redistribute, resupply, retransmit, reverse-engineer, decode, decompile, reformat or interfere with the Content; or
remove, circumvent, or interfere with any of the copyright notices or attributions, content protection, rights management, encryption or security technologies used for the Content.
Programme listing information: You may not remove, copy or extract any programme listing information provided via our website or App or exhibit, permit or facilitate the viewing of any or all of such programme listing information in a public viewing area or via the internet or any other means of communication. You may only view the programme listing information unless we grant you a separate license to use it commercially.
No liability: We try to keep the information on our App and our website, including the programme listing information, as up to date as possible, however, you agree that, except to the extent required by law, we will not be liable to you for the accuracy, availability, timeliness or reliability of any information, statements, services or programme listing information contained in our App or our website.
Your account, and letting other people use it: If we require you to create a Sky account and password, you must keep your Sky account secure, for example by keeping your username and account passwords private. If you think someone has had access to your account without permission, please contact us straight away. It is OK to let other people that live with you use your Sky account, but nobody else. Whenever someone other than you uses your account or the App, you must:
supervise them appropriately; and
make sure they comply with the law and these terms.
